After 10 years of working on building and selling real estate, I decided to start a YouTube channel.

After being a real estate agent and investor in Northern New Jersey for 10 years, I decided to start an education based YouTube channel on real estate investing.

One of my first videos that I published was on how I applied for and obtained my $200,000 Home Equity Line of Credit. This is when I decided to share my real estate investing journey using a HELOC and give tips and tricks on how to safely and effectively use your HELOC to build wealth in real estate.
